"Onigiri" is Japanese rice ball !!

Today, I introduce Japanese rice ball, "Onigiri" !!

◆ How to make Onigiri ◆

Onigiri is made by rolling rice in the palms of your hands.

We put such things as pickled plums, broiled salted salmon, cod roe, shaved bonito in the middle and wrap them with seaweed.

◆ Another way to eat Onigiri ◆

We cover the surface of rice balls with soy sauce and toast them to a golden blown.

This is a popular food called "yaki Onigiri"

Onigiri is sold every convenience store n Japan.

It is sold more than 1.8 billion packs per a yrar !!!
